At Alard Institute of Management Sciences, a dynamic Placement Cell with a vision of increasing the overall employability through personality and technical skill development is established. Placement activities for technical students i.e. MCA & BBA(CA) include counseling, mentoring, preparing for technical rounds along with improving communication skills and overall personality development. Various skill and personality development sessions, industry interactions, guest lectures, seminars , workshops etc are conducted on a regular basis for making students industry- ready.
